If you are fortunate enough to live near an orchard of almond trees, you know what a treat it is when they are blooming. Every winter we wait in anticipation of the blooming almond orchards.

Manzanita Lake Snow and Sun
The roads and trails close during the winter in Mount Lassen Volcanic National Park. But, if you'd like to snowshoe, cross-country ski, or walk the trails, you are welcome to do so. When I arrived at Manzanita Lake during the first week in January, the small parking lot contained two other cars. I knew it would be a great day to enjoy the snow and sun at the lake while being surrounded in nature.
Daily Shooting December 2020
Daily shooting in December 2020 has come to an end and with that, the end to this 366 project. All in all, it's been fairly easy, but I don't plan to do another one in 2021.
